As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Spa Manager to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence.
Position Overview: The manager of the spa plays a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the Spa department. The ideal candidate should strive to maintain and motivate the entire Spa team, and must also able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example: Lead the way by showing a willingness to perform all spa treatments to high standard as set during training
- Inventory Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, to ensure top-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget Control: Develop and manage spa budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional experiences.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests, internal staff, and external partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Promotion and Representation: Act as an ambassador for the hotel, actively promoting our property within the hotel industry, local community, and trade associations.
- Compliance: Ensure all events are conducted in accordance with legal and safety regulations.
Prerequisites:
- Excellent communication skills necessary.
- Knowledgeable at negotiating and sales.
- Confident at presenting presentations.
- Must be flexible to accommodate irregular or extended hours duties.
Education:

A secondary education required

Qualifications: Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Qualifications: Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 Hot Stone and Gel Manicure/Pedicure or equivalent
Experience:

5-years work experience in a similar hotel / spa environment with a track record of running successful events

Be approachable, confident, knowledgeable, with excellent appearance and personal grooming

Organised, hardworking, honest, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, target orientated and keen to display a consistently high standard of service

The ability to confidently hold a conversation in English

Capable of learning new programs and procedures quickly and accurately

Computer literate with a basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Email
