BARTENDER - NEW OPENING RESTAURANT BAR
This restaurant and cocktail bar will be the only Japanese oriented modern seafood, sushi and steak restaurant with a busy upmarket COCKTAIL BAR.
Located in the heart of St Peter Port the restaurant is in an ideal location position, centrally located.
We are looking for flexible, energetic individuals to join our dynamic bar team and welcome all applicants.

Requirements:
- We ask that you have worked / do work as a bar tender or cocktail bar tender
- 2 years’ experience working in a busy bar environment
- Good working knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, cocktails
- Can follow recipe specifications
- Following HACCP procedures (Health and Hygiene)
- Qualifications: Food & Hygiene Level 1 + Bar Tender Qualification
- Be able to speak intermediate English
