We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Jersey, specialising in premium steaks with an Asian fusion influence. This is the second opening for an expanding brand, with further growth planned.
We are looking for passionate and skilled Bartenders to join our team and deliver outstanding drinks experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-quality hospitality environment, creating memorable experiences for guests and contributing to the energy of a brand-new venue.
The Role:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to high standards

Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience

Maintain bar cleanliness, stock control, and compliance with health and safety standards

Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a premium or high-volume environment

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for delivering a high-quality guest experience
