We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Jersey, specialising in premium steaks with an Asian fusion influence. This is the second opening for an expanding brand, with further growth planned.
We are looking for motivated and skilled Chef de Parties to join our team and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen and develop your skills with a growing brand.
The Role:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation

Work across various kitchen stations, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef

Follow recipes and menus accurately while contributing to creativity and innovation

Assist with stock control, food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Support a positive and professional kitchen culture
What You’ll Need:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen

Passion for cooking and producing high-quality dishes

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the team
