We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Demi Chef de Partie at one of hotels in Jersey.

With 143 contemporary rooms, modern restaurants, versatile function rooms and the finest cocktail bar in the island, the hotel caters to a diverse mix of guests, blending business and pleasure seamlessly.
What exactly you will be doing
We are dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences with exceptional culinary standards. As Demi Chef De Partie you will be working with our established kitchen team to ensure the best service possible is delivered to our guests daily. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests. They are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.
You will assist both the Head and Sous Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You’ll also assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade making sure you provide outstanding food experiences for our guests and customers. You will need to support your kitchen to make sure it is fully compliant with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
