We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Jersey, specialising in premium steaks with an Asian fusion influence. This is the second opening for an expanding brand, with further growth planned.
We are now looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen from day one and help shape the identity of this exciting new venue.
The Role:

Take full ownership of the kitchen and culinary direction

Create and deliver menus focused on high-quality steaks and Asian fusion flavours

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing brigade

Manage GP, food costs, stock control, and suppliers

Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene

Work closely with front-of-house to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Head Chef

Background in quality-led, high-volume or premium casual dining environments

Strong leadership, organisational, and cost-control skills

Experience with steak cookery and bold, flavour-driven menus
