We are looking for a super talented individual with a keen eye for detail and bounds of passion and drive to deliver sustainable growth across all F&B outlets. In particular, one of the exciting projects you will be working on, is to re-establish our lifestyle restaurant and bar as one of the trendiest haunts to visit in the city of London.

As the F&B Manager with our hotel, you will possess excellent attention to detail, be creative and innovative with the vision to capitalise on sales and development opportunities.
As the F&B Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Deliver Growth and Profitability
- Foster a Guest and Team Centric Culture
- Driving and delivering on strategic plans
- Manage the company policies and risks
With this in mind, we would be keen to speak with you if you are already an Assistant F&B Manager who is ready for their next step and you need you to tick these boxes:
- Experience at management level in the Food/Bar/Events service sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Restaurant and Bar functions including stock control, cellar management, Restaurant operation, bar operation and customer service.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team of Manager, Supervisors and Assistants in service delivery.
- Previous experience in recruitment, coaching, training and performance management of staff.
- Excellent understanding of Licensing Law, Health & Safety and Allergen Legislation, ideally a Personal License holder or suitably qualified
