We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented chef to join the brilliant kitchen team. We’re seeking a creative chef who will delight our guests by preparing amazing dishes for discerning diners. What you will do in this role:
This is a crucial position and we are looking to recruit someone with experience and good humour to work alongside our Head Chef leading an enthusiastic and committed team.
As Sous Chef you will play an active part in the production and service of high-quality food using the freshest ingredients. The Sous Chef role incorporates the need to help maintain standards, work as part of a team, and have the drive, passion, and determination to progress your career.
The successful candidate for Sous Chef will have the ability to prepare food to a high standard, be hard-working, and will have good communication skills.
