About you:
- We ask that you have worked as a Chef De Partie in a similar style and quality establishment for at least 4-6 years
- Experience working with fresh produce
- Can follow recipe specifications
- Following HACCP procedures (Food Safe Practises)
- Qualifications
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Culinary Arts Qualification or working towards (certificate equal to City and Guilds of London)
- Be able to speak intermediate English
You will be working under the instruction and supervision of our Head Chef and alongside a team of experienced and talented chefs to produce high-quality cuisine.
As a Chef de Partie what you’ll do for us:
- Organise deliveries as a team
- Prepare fresh ingredients for your station
- Ensure that stock rotation is always completed
- Produce exceptional dishes daily throughout service
- Follow all health and food safety processes and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.
