Restaurant Head Chef for Busy Mediterranean Brasserie
Our Client is an award-winning restaurant company looking to hire a talented and experienced Head Chef for our vibrant and dynamic business. We are a well-loved eatery and are growing rapidly due to our excellent cuisine and excellent service.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and passionate professional with a wide knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. You should have a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, including experience working as a Head Chef in a similar establishment and strong kitchen management skills. As part of the role, you will have the opportunity to create menus, source ingredients, plan production, and ensure the highest food safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in the Hospitality Industry
- City and Guilds Culinary Arts Diploma (Level 2)
- UK Food Hygiene Level 3
- UK Food Allergen Training Certification
- Experience of working as a Head Chef in an reputable establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong Kitchen Management Skills
- Ability to create menus, source ingredients, & plan production
- Excellent Food Safety Standards
