We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Jersey, specialising in premium steaks with an Asian fusion influence. This marks the second opening for an expanding brand, with further growth plans already in place.
We are now seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and play a central role in the success of a new flagship restaurant.
The Role:
- Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and management teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Manage staffing, rotas, payroll control, and training
- Drive sales, control costs, and ensure strong financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company standards
- Work closely with the senior leadership team during launch and beyond
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, new-opening environment
