We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Jersey, specialising in premium steaks with an Asian fusion influence. This is the second opening for an expanding brand, with further growth planned.
We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences from day one. You’ll play a key role in running the kitchen, ensuring high standards, and developing your team in a fast-paced, quality-led environment.
The Role:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution

Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team culture

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Assist with stock control, ordering, and food cost management

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

Work closely with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium casual dining or high-volume environment

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Passion for steak cookery and bold, flavour-driven menus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
